Overview
This role supports NATO cyber governance activities, focusing on Lessons Learned processes and Cybersecurity Scorecard oversight.
You will coordinate stakeholders, support reporting, and ensure governance processes are structured, consistent, and trackable.
This is a coordination and documentation role (not hands-on cybersecurity operations).

Key Responsibilities
Lessons Learned Support
• Coordinate stakeholders across cybersecurity functions
• Capture and structure lessons learned
• Maintain lessons learned templates, registers, and documentation
• Support workshops and produce summary reports
• Track actions and improvements from lessons learned
Scorecard Oversight
• Support coordination of the cybersecurity scorecard assessment process
• Track progress, risks, and issues via dashboards
• Review contractor deliverables and provide feedback
• Ensure alignment between scorecard outputs and lessons learned

Requirements
• Strong experience in cybersecurity governance or analysis
• Knowledge of areas such as incident management, cyber defence, risk management, or threat intelligence
• Experience with lessons learned, knowledge management, or continuous improvement processes
• Ability to develop and manage methodologies and performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
